Do you suffer from stress, emotional pain or trauma? Do you need an outlet to express yourself?

Suzanne's Writing Therapy workshops have helped many people free themselves from lingering and debilitating issues which can sometimes be holding them back from living in their truth and living their best life.

Writing therapy has proven effective for many different conditions or mental illnesses, including:

  • Posttraumatic stress

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder

  • Grief and loss

  • Chronic illness issues

  • Substance abuse

  • Eating disorders

  • Interpersonal relationship issues

  • Communication skill issues

  • Low self-esteem

This workshop is fun and supportive, with no judgment. Be free through writing therapy! No writing experience necessary.

Please bring along a notebook and pen. Tea and coffee provided.

Suzanne Strong (B.A. Jrn and Eng Lit, M.A Creative Writing).
Suzanne is a writer and journalist of many years. In 2017 she released a non-fiction book called Freedom Writing about expressive writing therapy which has helped people all over the world. In addition to this, Suzanne has published A Creative Collection of Short Stories, which contains an eclectic mix of stories (some previously published) and poems. Currently, Suzanne is writing a novel about female soldiers fighting ISIS in Syria.

Sarah Williams is an Australian bestselling author of Australian Fiction and CEO of Serenade Publishing. She regularly mentors authors, teaches workshops and speaks at events.
