About this event
This session provides information on memory and common changes that may occur with ageing. It provides strategies for improving memory, when to seek help about your concerns and services provided by Dementia Australia.
Dementia Australia's facilitators have specialist knowledge, skills and experience.
You will gain knowledge in:
- the difference between ageing and dementia
- how the brain and memory functions
- general principles of maintaining brain health.
Suitable for: Members of the general public who are concerned about their memory and dementia or who are worried that someone they know may have dementia.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Fremantle train and bus station are a short wlk away.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is ideal if you can bring your ticket. However, if you have completed your registration we will have your details and forgetting your ticket won’t be a problem.
