Event description

Description

World singing day 2017. A singalong FOR EVERYONE...families, friends ...let's fill the centre with song. Come and join some great musicians who will be accomanying on the day including: Dennis Vrcic, Ronnie Domp, Glenda Prideaux, Anta Wilker, Antonietta DElia, Rhiannon Draper, Emily Chivers, Eryn Buckland, Malcolm Tsang, VividVoices, Choirs4kids and Jazzabelles! What a line up! Also our MC we are happy to announce is Noelene Evans.

Founded in 2012, World Singing Day is about uniting the global family through song and being a catalyst for world peace. It is an annual, worldwide celebration of our common humanity that creates community, connection, and global well-being.

World Singing Day is not religious or political, nor does it promote any one country or culture. It aims to transcend those differences and celebrate what we all share as human beings.

We will sing songs in unison - for example: Twist and Shout, I Love Rock ‘n Roll, (Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay.....and many more!

Entry by gold coin - donation to our chosen charity for 2017: Australian Children's Music Foundation.

Please arrive from 10.15am to enter the venue and enjoy music from acapella quartet 'Jazzabelles'.

Ticketed entry only for everyone (adults and children) if you want to enter the building you must have a ticket - thank you.

Please note: If you attend this event you will be photographed and video.
