Event description

Description

Go behind the scenes for an exclusive tour of some of our most beautiful and historic spaces – many of them closed to the public – before they are transformed as part of the Library’s Vision 2020 redevelopment.

Discover the history of this unique heritage building – from heritage galleries and the magnificent Ian Potter Queen’s Hall, to breathtaking views of the domed reading room. Hear firsthand about the exciting changes ahead as Vision 2020 restores, reinvents and opens up new spaces throughout the Library.

This exclusive tour is available for a limited time only.

All proceeds will go towards our Vision 2020 Appeal and help provide a free, world-class Library for all Victorians – today and into the future.

Please note the tour is a 1 hour walking tour including stairs. When booking, please advise if you unable to use stairs and we will organise for an alternate route to spaces.
