The Complete Meal Planning Program is a three-part workshop series covering everything from food groups to intuitive eating. Hosted at Anytime Fitness Ripley, come along to learn how to nourish yourself without making your life harder in the process.

In Workshop Three, we integrate all that we have learned in Workshops One and Two to learn how you can introduce more flexibility into your shopping and meal planning, and reduce food waste.This workshop is ideal for people who have completed Workshop Two; or those who are experienced in meal planning and want to have more flexibility in what they buy and cook.

What to expect:

  • Learn the principles of a balanced meal
  • Calculate your family’s kilogram food requirements for your weekly shop
  • Learn how to prepare meals to match what you have on hand
  • Understand what it means to eat mindfully
