About this event
With 2022 well underway, give some time to your wellbeing by exploring the power of journaling, learn how it can assist in setting up wellbeing goals and allow you to make a start on creating your own personal wellbeing journal.
During this hands-on workshop, Annette from New Pathways Coaching will help you learn about the power of keeping a diary or journal. You'll explore the areas of gratitude, wisdom, personal strengths, as well as focusing on your goals for 2022. This workshop will also provide an opportunity to connect with others and share your story.
