Event description

Description

How to create a sacred space & use essential oils to support self care with Kyrie Kohlhagen

Kindred Self supports the use of essential oils for emotional wellness and self care, and Brick + Mortar stock this beautiful range of products to encourage you to 'be kind to yourself'.

This is a nurturing workshop where Kyrie Kohlhagen counsellor and scent creator will hold space for you to reconnect with self, discover joy, create with intention, share community and learn simple mindfulness practices...

Kyrie will share her knowledge of essential oils and the benefits of creating a sacred space. You will learn what a sacred space is and why it is important to have one, as well as be introduced to essential oils and how they can support your wellbeing.

Tending to your Kindred Self incorporates some creative 'hands-on’, including a meaningful activity where you will design and create (with intention) a beautiful crystal grid artwork to beautify your sacred space. You will also learn how to make a personal space mist to use to reconnect to your kindred self wherever you are.

  • How to create a sacred space at home, work or on the run
  • Create your own box framed crystal grid artwork infused with your personal intention
  • Aromatherapy for emotional support and mindful self care
  • Create a purifying mist to cleanse and protect your sacred space – and your Kindred Self

Ticket price includes 2.5 hours of reconnecting with self, a box frame artwork (that you create!), 100ml personal space mist (that you make!), worksheets and a Kindred Self discount voucher.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Brick+Mortar is on George St, just off The Parade in Norwood, behind the Town Hall. There is plenty of on-street 2 hour free parking (but plenty of parking inspectors so beware!), and the open air paid carpark above Foodland (access off Webbe St) has all day parking for only $6. Bus routes run up The Parade regularly and the closest bus stop is just before the Town Hall.

Can I take coffee into my workshop?

Of course! We have a full cafe on the ground floor, so just make sure you arrive in time to order your coffee and you can take it in with you. We don't encourage food in workshops unless catering is included in the ticketing, but you're welcome to have a bite to eat in our cafe before or after your class, we're open 8am-4pm every day, closed public holidays.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

For any questions about the class content please contact Kyrie at hello@kyrie.com.au, for questions about the venue please call 0452 140 849 or email hello@brickandmortarcreative.com.au.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you're unable to make it please let us know in case we have a waitlist, or you can always give your ticket to a friend!

What other kind of workshops do you offer?

We offer everything from creative to professional development to bespoke private workshops and events. Check our website www.brickandmortarcreative.com.au to see what's on and contact us at hello@brickandmortarcreative.com.au if you'd like to book a custom workshop or event.

This ticket admits one, and sales end the day before the workshop. Please note the ticket is not refundable, but is transferable to a friend!
