Description

Workshop: Self-care for volunteers

If you are a volunteer understanding self-care is vital.

Do you want to learn more about how to maintain your physical and emotional health, address the barriers that can get in the way of self-care, develop a self-care plan and have fun in the process?

If you answered ‘yes’, then our self-care workshop is for you!
