About this Event

With the growth in usage of SACS Psychological Assessment Tools many of our clients have requested additional training so that they can be more confident in interpreting psychological assessment results. The workshop is a mix of theory and practice. In each module Andrew will explain the workings of the test and then lead you through a range of different profiles to build your skill and confidence in interpreting the reports.

Who Should Attend: Anyone who uses the SAC Psychological Assessment Tools.

How You'll Benefit: During this workshop you will become more confident in interpreting psychological assessment result and learn how to explain these results to other line managers. You will also come away with a better understanding of the relationship between psychological assessment and other recruitment methods, such as interviewing.

About the facilitator:

Andrew commenced his career in Melbourne, Lecturing in Applied Psychology up to postgraduate level after qualifying. Andrew in his early academic career focused on research design and data analysis, including advising participants in higher degrees on research methodology and scientific structure of their theses.

Andrew has led SACS to develop a scientist/practitioner model of service. This has involved research activity with universities such as Deakin and Monash in Australia, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel and the University of Calgary and Brock University in Canada.

The research findings from these studies, which have led to multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, inform the development of a range of evidence-based products provided to SACS clients, particularly in the areas of individual and group psychological measurement, including wellbeing assessment.

Andrew has provided Human Resource Consulting services in areas such as Psychological Measurement, HR Strategy, Workforce Planning and Development, Performance Management, Wellbeing Assessment, Change Management and Executive Search. Andrew is a keen student of worldwide HR trends and speaks often on these subjects. He is a very experienced and skilled workshop developer and facilitator and has provided these services to a range of clients at senior levels.
