The Statewide Eating Disorders Service and the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist invite you to an evening workshop focusing on the residential eating disorders treatment centre.
South Australia has received Commonwealth funding to support the development of a facility at the Repat Health Precinct. This will house a new community-based program to support participants and their families through the program and reintegration into the community. This allows treatment to occur in a community-based setting rather than a medical or hospital setting.
This workshop is for people with lived and living experience of an eating disorder, carers and service providers. Consumers and carers will be reimbursed for their time in line with SA Health Sitting Fees and Reimbursement for External Individuals Policy Directive.
Date: Tuesday 24th November 2020
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Registration and refreshments from 6:00pm-6:30pm. Program will commence at 6:30pm.
