Workshop: How leaders can improve the mental wellbeing of staff
Event Information
About this Event
The problems this workshop looks to solve:
- High-performance stress relating to business
- Diminishing staff happiness, consistency of work and output
- Key Performance Indicators are feared instead of embraced.
Overview of Outcomes
Attendees of this workshop should walk away with the following:
- Immediately actionable techniques that decrease overall mental stress through compartmentalisation of large objectives and processes.
- A simple passive skill that directs staff attention towards desired objectives and optimal performance without unnecessary stress and minimal impact on mental health.
- Tested techniques that increase staff effectiveness by managing entropy and reducing its impact on an organisation.
- An understanding of how data can be leveraged to automate staff improvements.
Who is it for:
This workshop is ideal for leaders within organisations such as department heads, managers and team leaders. However, we welcome all to attend in order to promote awareness among more organisations.
An organisation that has 2 or more staff attend will benefit most, as the education is condensed and there will be activities best suited for small teams. E.g. Director and manager, manager and team leader.
Requirements:
A basic knowledge of team management will enable your organisation to get the most value from this mental health workshop.
