In a lead up to this years crepe stall and Bastille Day celebration, join two special CJC mums in a crepes and dosa masterclass. Learn tips and tricks and taste delicious samples.
Children are welcome to participate and there will be a colouring activity to keep them occupied.
Yolaine Corbin:
Yolaine, Chef, Thermomix consultant and recipe creator for Tmix+ magazine has generously offered to show us some tips and tricks to making the perfect French crepe.
Shweta Kanzode:
Shweta, baker extraordinaire and a passionate cook will introduce us to the “dosa” a popular southern indian crepe made from fermented rice and daal.
