Are you looking to improve your sports performance? Is your goal to increase your strength, stamina, or improve your running time?

Whatever you goal, learn the basics of sports nutrition in this 1 hour small group workshop.

We will cover:

- Nutrition planning by goal type
- Macro timing around training
- Concepts of carb cycling, carb loading.....and whether these strategies are right for you
- Pre, during and post exercise fuelling
- Hydration and electrolytes
- Supplementation strategies
