e-RAW Company Profile

Our passion is to help individuals and teams in this out-of-whack time where nearly all of us have at least one risk to our health. Our online courses are not judgemental but are designed for individuals and teams to look at their behaviour and lifestyle choices ‘yesterday’ and the risks to their health ‘today’ highlighting a cause and effect, plus how to pivot to healthy choices.

About the Speaker: Linda Wells

Linda is a certified workplace trainer, has awards in customer service and is certified in mental health and nutrition. Linda is on various Boards and works in the corporate sector delivering training to organisations in Australia and overseas. For more than a decade her training business has spread the message of Healthy Eating in the Workplace, conducting face to face workplace training sessions and food workshops to many government and corporate organisations around Australia. This career path has taught Linda about teams and how they behave at work in terms of food consumption and physical activity. Linda’s passion is encouraging people to learn: learn what is in processed foods and learn how to be more physically active. In 2020, due to Covid-19 restrictions Linda created e-RAW and iterated to online e-learning courses to spread the word even wider, to make sure staff get fit, active and healthy at work to help reduce the risk of underlying health issues. The problem is global – ultra-processed foods everywhere and lack of physical activity is also relevant in countries she is working with via the United Nations. Linda is real, she has had her own health issues, including cancer and depression and tries hard in her own life to stay physically fit, active, healthy and mentally well. After more than a decade in this field, Linda has heard how hard it can be to eat right at work and stay fit and active, she sees the struggle with not only physical health at work, but mental health as well. Her passion is truly to help people achieve this goal.Linda delivers the message in a humorous way, where you delve in deep into the ingredients in ultra-processed foods (think sugar-salt-fat-chemicals etc) but laugh and let go of the past, focussing on the future, i.e., changes, small changes you can make each day.

“I was positively surprised when I attended Linda’s webinar for ITU staff! Linda managed to focus on general prevention principles, which is what doctors should be doing in preventive action, but in a collaborative way and using a language realistic to the targeted population, something doctors usually never manage to. Linda could be a good instrument to achieving wellness goals in a company. Staff Physician, United Nations ITU, Geneva, Switzerland"

Linda’s passion for educating our generation to be more aware of today's food resonates in her delivery of the webinar. We learnt a lot in her session about the challenges of healthy eating whilst being aware of big companies' marketing tricks. She blends her great sense of humour whilst maintaining engagement with employees highlighting the importance of making changes in our habits to eat right at work (e-RAW). We would highly recommend Linda to other organisations as she shares simple steps to make changes now in addition to providing us knowledge on ultra-processed food.
