WORKPLACE BULLYING, MENTAL HEALTH & WORKCOVER

Workplace bullying can happen in any workplace. It can affect people’s physical and mental health and ability to do their job. It contributes to loss of productivity, staff turnover, work attendance, low motivation, job satisfaction and financial costs. It can be obvious and it can be subtle, which means it’s not always easy to spot.

Taking steps to prevent it from occurring and responding quickly if it does is the best way to deal with workplace bullying. Find out more by coming along and learning some valuable information.

Mark Stipic:

Mark Stipic has nearly 20 years of experience working in Workers' Compensation and Workplace Rehabilitation.

He was selected as the winner, Excellence in Return To Work at WorkSafe Victoria’s 2010 Injury Support & Service Awards for his achievements with a large aged care provider. In 2012 he completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies at La Trobe University.

Today Mark provides consulting services to Australian businesses, helping them turn their WorkCover premiums into profits. He is also an engaging keynote speaker and Master of Ceremonies.

In 2017 Mark founded the world's biggest ever online event for Return To Work Professionals, The Return To Work Summit. Over 800+ motivated individuals came together from around the world to learn from 30+ expert speakers.​
