Working with families Where A Parent Has A Mental Illness (HALF-DAY WORKSHOP)

The workshop is faciliated by Christopher Dutton, FaPMI Coordinator from Mid West Area Mental Health Service. You will have the opportunity to learn more about:

• Strategies for supporting children in families where a parent has a mental illness

• Importance of talking to families about mental health

• Knowing the questions to ask to support children and families

• How we can help children have a better understanding of their parent’s mental illness

• Information, resources and referrals to support children and families


This workshop is for staff working with families and children in Brimbank.

Due to limited spots we are only able to accept two registrations per organisation.
