Event description

Description

The Centre for Culture, Ethnicity and Health (CEH) and the Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria (ECCV) are running a FREE training and networking session for disability service providers in the South to increase their ability to reach and engage with people with disabilities of CALD backgrounds and their carers.

This event is free to staff from disability services who have registered with the NDIS. Through this page you are registering for the afternoon networking session. You will need to register separately should you wish to attend both parts of the event.

Session 2: 12.45pm – 3.45pm: Building networks to support people with a disability from CALD communities in the South

The aim of this three-hour facilitated networking event is to support collaboration between disability service providers and ethnic and multicultural organisations in the South to share knowledge about their services, build networks and establish partnerships to ensure greater choice and control for CALD NDIS participants. This networking session includes lunch.

The session includes discussions with a panel of NDIA and local CALD organisations representatives.
