Description

Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, one of Australia’s leading and most trusted women’s health organisations, will be hosting a free health information event for women in Geelong.

Supported by local partners and health services, this community event will provide a night of fun and entertainment alongside presentations from health experts, a mini health expo and answers to the most frequently asked questions about Women’s Stuff, the theme for the evenings. Topics to be covered include food and movement as medicine, menopause, pelvic floor fitness, and women’s health checks.

This evening is a great, informal way for women to learn about today’s big health issues as well as ways to improve and manage health, both now and into the future. It will also connect women with important services, programs and supports. Refreshments, health information resource packs and giveaways will be available for all attendees.
