Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, one of Australia’s leading and most trusted women’s health organisations, will be hosting a free health information event for women in Ballarat.
Supported by local partners and health services, this community event will provide a night of fun and entertainment alongside presentations from health experts, a mini health expo and answers to the most frequently asked questions about Women’s Stuff, the theme for the evenings. Topics to be covered include food and movement as medicine, menopause, mindful eating, and women’s health checks.
