Women's Strength & Conditioning 101

Presented by Sarah Deduhin and Nic Deduhin

Do you ever feel like you go to the gym with a purpose in mind, but end up fluffing around doing any old exercise?

Are you wanting to know exercises which can help YOU strengthen you on your bike, tone the legs and make you fitter, faster and stronger?

Bike Society and Specialized are excited to announce a session just for YOU specifically aimed at helping you reach your goals.

Nic Deduhin from TEAM Triathlon Coaching SA and his partner Sarah Deduhin the Specialized SA ambassador, will be presenting and taking you through an exercise program specifically for making you fitter, stronger and faster on your bike.

Come dressed ready to learn as much as you can in the 60 minutes.

This session will be split into a few different stages.

1. Exercises which will give you more power on the bike, this will assist you with your overall speed.

2. Exercises for endurance

3. Core-this by far THE most important part.

4. Lastly, mobility.

What to bring- a mat if you have one, suitable clothing to exercise in and some water.

We will be offering coffee, Kombucha, and some healthy snacks post workout. Looking forward to seeing you all on the night, we can’t wait to make YOU a stronger cyclist.
