This Class is ideal for those that want to learn something new, but dont want to take it to the next level or wearing a Gi , doing gradings and learning Kata.
Tanya has created this course to help build emotional resilience and tap into your inner energy. By combining simple, practical techniques with the Fundamentals of Traditional Okinowan ShogenRyu Karate Do, she hopes to not only boost your confidence, but inspire you to join our Shogen Ryu Karate Club in Kingaroy which starts on the 4th October 6.15 pm at the Kingaroy State High School assembly hall
This type of Practice is a great way to start on a road to an improved health and wellness path or compliment your exisitng one.
