The Health & Harmony package blends movement, meditation and relaxation with delicious cuisine and the opportunity to learn how to incorporate essential oils to help you make a long-lasting commitment to healthy living and rejuvenation.
We invite you to experience the calming effects of yoga, learn about and taste the flavour sensations of clean eating, and learn about how you can incorporate doTerra Essential Oils into daily life to support your health and wellbeing.
Jessie Ray – Salt Gypsy Yoga: A Yoga practice for natural balance and vitality.
Begin your day of bliss by joining Jessie Ray of Salt Gypsy Yoga to learn more about yoga and practical meditation techniques that you can incorporate into daily life to become a balanced version of you. You can engage in a yoga class coupled with essential oils throughout to help restore and revitalise. Yoga is accessible to women of all ages and fitness levels – no previous experience required!
Ruth Johnstone – Heavenly Goodness: Create clean healthy meals and snacks with simplicity.
Experience the flavour explosions of Ruth Johnstone’s culinary delights from Heavenly Goodness. Learn about simple power food recipes with no fuss ingredients, to delicious and wholesome meals the whole family will love.

Create & Connect
You will also have the opportunity to create your very own crystal beaded bracelet and connect with like-minded women. With many authentic crystal beads to choose from, you can select a crystal property and meaning that resonates with you and infuse the bracelet (via lava bead) with your choice of essential oil(s) to create an uplifting or calming bracelet that can be used as a beautiful mindfulness practice to maintain your new sense of balance and vitality.
Synthesise what you have learned and experienced on your retreat so you can maintain your new sense of strength and clarity at home. Your practitioners will help you “connect the dots” for implementing the tools, practices and skills you have learned into your everyday life.
Getting started can be overwhelming and frustrating. Allow us to ease you into powerful practices that can be easily learned and then implemented in your daily life. Package per person includes:
• Yoga Session: Yoga and meditation tools to restore your mind and rejuvenate your body.
• Morning tea, lunch, afternoon treat bag and refreshments (water, teas, coffee).
• DoTerra Essential Oils: Sample oils and learn how to incorporate use into daily life.
• The opportunity to step back, switch off and refocus on health.
NB. All meals are gluten and dairy free, however if you have any specific dietary requirements, please advise in the booking form.
Doors open at 9am for a 9:30am start - you are welcome to bring your own yoga mats otherwise we will have some available for purchase or to borrow on the day.
