Meet the Speakers:
Melissa Boucher is a Clinical & Sports Nutritionist. She is a mother of 3 Primary School kids & is still races competitively in Triathlons, ½ marathons, trail running & multisport events. Her goal is to Empower with knowledge, Inspire by example & Motivate with support. She believes everyone should have the energy & vitality to live life the way they want to live & her aim is to show you how a few changes in your diet & lifestyle can make all the difference.
Sophie Shields-Brown is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Iridologist and Remedial Massage Therapist. She has a lot of experience as she has been involved in Natural Health for many years. Sophie is passionate about helping people to reach their health goals naturally and will guide you through your diet, together with the use of herbs and supplements, to gain great health and an understanding of what you can do to help yourself to achieve the results you want.
Liz Johnstone is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist, born and raised in the Hunter with almost 20 years experience in the field of health. She is fascinated by the chemistry of plants, the innate wisdom of traditional cultures regarding their use and their power, alongside particular nutrients, in bringing the body back into a state of balance. She is passionate about empowering her clients to achieve their health goals.
Ruth Fellowes is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist who specialises in Nutritional Medicine. She understands that you may feel lost about the stress in your family. Ruth’s speciality is in helping you use food and nutrients to mend your moods and help your stressed out & upset kids. She will also work out why your gut is messed up and what you can do about it. Areas of interest: mood health, children’s behavioural difficulties (ADHD, OCD, ASD), food intolerances, digestive disorders.
