A fun women’s health workshop packed with valuable information on how to look after your pelvic floor muscles

`A national health survey of 1000 women aged 30 years and older found that although they were prepared to admit to bladder leakage in discussions with other women, almost three in four “laughed off” the issue rather than seeking help for the treatable condition. 77 per cent surveyed knew that pelvic floor muscle exercises could prevent or improve incontinence, but only 2 per cent performed pelvic floor muscle exercises’.

Wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable and suitable for light exercises. Most exercises will be performed on chairs, standing and Swiss balls. You will not be asked to engage in any exercise you are not comfortable with. You will not be asked to share any medical/or private information with the wider audience.
