Event description

If you want to get away for the weekend, refresh your mind and move physically with an awesome group of ladies in the outdoors, the Blue Mountains Women’s Hiking and Yoga Weekend is for you.

We’ll combine daily hiking and yoga with wine around the fire. The perfect mix to feel completely relaxed.

All levels of experience are welcome and everyone is well cared for.

Not only will you develop hiking skills and knowledge of the stunning Blue Mountains area but you’ll also develop basic yoga skills and have the opportunity to connect with like minded women.

Hidden away in Megalong Valley are the Bush Cabins for our accommodation on Saturday night. All healthy and delicious meals are prepared for you, the inside wooden fire will be on and the outside fire ready for marshmallow toasting. Think hiking. Yoga. Healthy food and lots of laughter.

We will experience the beautiful trails and views of Govetts Leap, explore the ridge track to Pulpit Rock and cross the Six Foot Track 'Cox River Swing Bridge' on Sunday.

Each hike offers a variety of breathtaking views and is a great challenge to build fitness and develop hiking confidence. This is a beautiful weekend getaway filled with adventure and yoga.
