It’s time to meet your potential



A woman in Sales is out there is thinking about you … this is why this invite has been given to you today.

Our purpose is to foster more successful Women in B2B Sales to better enable us to ‘Step Up, Speak Up and Shake Up the status quo in sales and sales leadership’.

To do that, we believe these five diverse and successful Melbourne women, all who have been in your shoes are the right women to be in the room with you to talk about how to best support your success as women in sales.

Our inaugural program is open to only thirty women like yourself and we cannot wait to meet you.

So, why do we want to do this?

We all love the flexibility, the rewards, the successful nurturing of long term relationships and creating strategic solutions our clients appreciate.

But we also know in sales, there are no free rides, no excuses, it’s hard work so what if we could make it that little easier to ourselves and for each other?

The conversation, coaching and information from these 3 sessions are relevant, practical and easy to digest. Together we will examine some critical success factors such as:

  1. How To Debunk The Boys Club – What we REALLY need to know in 2018 to neutralise the effect and hold our own in a predominantly male environment.

  2. Busting The Myth That Men Have More Confidence In Sales -REALLY? – What can we do to value and better utilise and trust our unique and important differentiators as women in sales.

  3. Being Assertive As Women -Bridging the spectrum between ‘the doormat of over emotional’ and ‘the bitch ball breaker’ in a clever and powerful way.

The bottom line is … we know it’s tough, but we want to make it a little easier, together!

To make it even more tailored, we will ask you to complete an anonymous survey in advance. This will further tailor our content and better inform our expert speakers and facilitators as to how you believe we should spend our time together.

The Hive is not just inspirational but with it’s relevant and practical actions we’ve set it up so you can experiment between sessions.

Each session runs as follows:

6:00 Welcome drinks and nibbles – chat with other women in sales while you transition from the work day

6:15 Welcome from our facilitator

6:30 Keynote speaker

7:15 Facilitate group discussion, coaching and mentoring

7:45 Action planning and take away experiments to work on!

*Note: Tables of 5 each have their own facilitator to ensure the group discussion, coaching and action planning is supported and completed before the evening ends.
