About this Event
The workshop will be facilitated by Laureate Fellow, Sharon Parker, Director of The Centre of Transformative Work Design, and will feature the resources she and her team have developed for the website Women in Research.
The workshop will include a keynote address by Curtin University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Deborah Terry AO, and a series of activities covering the three pillars: Managing You, Managing Careers and Managing and Mentoring.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn practical strategies to progress your career and to help build the community of West Australian women researchers.
Who is this open to?
- Level B and above
- Any female academics/researchers in universities or institutes
Please note: not for research students (unless you are also a level B employee or higher)

About the Centre for Transformative Work Design
The Centre for Transformative Work Design is a Research Centre where passionate organisational psychology researchers and professionals are working together to transform work under the directorship of Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow Sharon Parker. It is based at Curtin University’s Future of Work Institute
