From elusive to achievable – a jam-packed event championing work/life balance through collaboration, support, education and empowerment

About this Event

Join us for this special inaugural event that has been designed to bring like-minded women, at all stages of their careers and lives from professional, private and public sector roles, business owners, entrepreneurs and others together under the one roof, who are looking to connect, be educated and inspired to achieve an optimal work/life balance.

More than 20 high calibre speakers have been assembled across industry and business as well as key stakeholder groups central to enabling women achieve successful work/ life fulfilment. Amongst the key topics of discussion include the evolution of women's role in society, first-hand perspectives on the definition of work/ life balance and its achievability, Govt policy updates, where employers are at in supporting women, returning to work tips, combining career with adventure travel, long term strategies for success, recruitment advice and future career/job market outlook insights.

The agenda has been specifically designed to both educate and update women on policies and initiatives from stakeholders groups and to provide essential strategies and tips to help women de-stress, stay focused and manage the daily juggle of work and personal activities as successfully as possible.
