Event description
If you love to sing, or even think you might come and experience the uplifting, healing power of singing with other women.

About this Event

Imogen Wolf will be leading the Women in Harmony “Pop-up” Choir in performance at the opening ceremony of the Lismore Women’s Festival 2020. We’d love you to be a part of it.

One of humanity’s most ancient forms of community building, singing in a group has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, boost our immune response and even synchronise our heartbeats. There’s nothing quite like it!

A spirited and inspirational facilitator, Imogen has been helping people to find ease and freedom in their voices, and have fun doing it, for more than a decade. For the last 15 years Imogen has run community choirs in the Northern Rivers area, and facilitates numerous workshops throughout the year.

Motivated by the joy and sense of community that is fostered when people come together to sing, her mission is to nurture harmony, healing and a healthy dose of silliness through the voice.

Guided by expert singing facilitator Imogen Wolf, before you know it you’ll be singing simple songs from around the world in beautiful harmony.

The Women in Harmony "Pop-up" Choir consists of 4 x 90 minute weekly workshops and performance at the Lismore Women's Festival on Sunday 8th March, 2020.

If you love to sing, or even think you might come and experience the uplifting, healing power of singing with other women in this series of experiential workshops.

Wednesdays 12th February, 19th February, 26th February and 4th March
