The womb is the holding place. It has gathered so many of our life experiences, the wanted and unwanted and we can unconsciously hold this energy imprint in our bodies. In letting go we release all that was unwanted, pain, past lovers, shame and taboo. When we can let go of all that was has held we make space for the new, for manifestation, for abundance, for joy and the recalmation of our soveriegnty. Through ritual we have the opportunity to decide a new starting point where we consciously choose what comes next.

As an online workshop, you will be guided through various exercises and techniques so as to embody these ancient practices and bring them into your present reality.
