Come and join us for a relaxed evening in front of the fire to hear from three recently returned Churchill Fellows who will share highlights and reflections from their journey.

  • Zack Bryers who was awarded the 2016 Paul Tys Churchill Fellowship to investigate the "Cure Violence" approach to reducing violence within at risk communities - USA, Brazil

  • Jessica Aulich who was awarded the 2016 ACT Government Audrey Fagan Churchill Fellowship to examine models for addressing domestic violence which can inform Australian policy - Austria, USA

  • Darcy Henderson who was awarded the 2013 AV Jennings Churchill Fellowship to gain practical knowledge and expertise in sustainable green construction from world leading countries - Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium

The ACT Churchill Fellows' Association Committee will provide some finger food.

Drinks can be purchased at the bar. It is free to attend this session but bookings are essential.

ACT Churchill Fellows' Association

The Australian Capital Territory Churchill Fellows' Association Inc (ACT CFA) is an affiliate of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, with a membership made up of recipients of Churchill Fellowships in the ACT. The ACT CFA aims to encourage Churchill Fellows to:

  • disseminate information about their fields of interest 
  • provide opportunities for new Fellows 
  • to meet other Fellows and assist them in any way possible 
  • represent the interests of Churchill Fellows in the ACT 
  • support visiting Fellows provide information about Fellowships to potential applicants.
