WHO IS PAUL?

Paul is a grower, cooker and eater of food.
His philosophy is simple, ingredients grown with love, prepared simply and shared with family and friends are all you need to be a good cook.
He shared this philosophy over 4 seasons of the TV programme River Cottage Australia, which aired on Foxtel and SBS, winning over audiences with his laid back approach to food and unparalleled ability to make bad jokes.
Once upon a time he used to work as a chef in a very fancy restaurant, but those days are long behind him, he now spends his time cooking for loved ones, teaching people how to cook simply with confidence and how to start growing their own food.
Food isn’t rocket science, despite what some rock star chef would have us believe. It’s a wonderful tool to that can connect us to our environment, to those around us and to our own well-being. Paul loves to show people just how easy it can be to prepare nutritious meals, using food grown by passionate producers, all without blowing the budget.
Paul also is guardian of Australia’s most famous dog, the one and only Digger.
