In this rather special event, we are joined by two winemakers who, together, will explore the theme of wine as Art and Science.
Wes Pearson, Dodgy Brothers Wine, Biochemist by training and Sensory Analyst for the Australian Wine Research Institute will be sharing the floor with Rory Lane, The Story Wines, a graduate of the arts.
As winemakers, neither can escape science, and both choose to tread a path that embraces some of the artistic elements of their craft.
Come join us in this unique tasting session, where we'll get to enjoy wines from both winemakers along with some comparative examples. The full line-up of wines is as follows:
