Understanding + Calming the Nervous System with Angela Smith

Over four Wednesday afternoons, MBN Business Member, Angela Smith will share aspects of her Mind Your Mojo© program via Zoom. These sessions are a chance to participate in a virtual MBN event that encourages you to create (or perhaps recall), positive stress-management habits.

Four interactive 60-minute live gatherings will run over four weeks, giving participants the chance to engage in a weekly wellness activity and ask questions.

Understanding + Calming the Nervous System
An overview of how the body reacts to stress and ways to deliberately calm the nervous system.
