Margaret Duncan has a boutique legal practice that provides personalised estate planning and administration services, with a special interest in assisting families to plan for loved ones with a disability.

• Appointing trustees, asset protection and safeguarding pensions and government benefits
• Guardianship and Administration
• Protective Trusts
