This workshop will provide information about Wills and Estate Planning for a family member with a disability.
Margaret Duncan has a boutique legal practice that provides personalised estate planning and administration services, with a special interest in assisting families to plan for loved ones with a disability.
Participants will gain knowledge about:
- Planning for Wills and power of attorney
- Appointing trustees, asset protection and safeguarding pensions and government benefits
- Guardianship and Administration
- Protective Trusts
