Thankyou for your application to study a Patisserie- Full Time Course at William Angliss Institute for the April 2017 intake.
Please be advised that an interview is required for acceptance into this course.
In preparation for this interview, please ensure you have filled in a Pre-Training Form for the Baking, Confectionery, Cookery, Food Science and Patisserie programs and bring this with you on your interview day. Please note section 4 and 5 will be completed at your interview – do not complete these sections prior to the interview.
A photocopy of, and the original document with supporting evidence of prior learning, must accompany the pre-training form and be submitted when registering for the Interview.
