In these lunchtime sessions we will practice gentle guided asana and pranayama in the ambience and beauty of the Botanic Gardens. Consider it as a way to offer thanks for all that is beautiful in our world.

Please remember to adhere to COVID-19 regulations and social distancing when partaking in a Coffs By Nature tour. If you do register for a ticket and are not feeling well on the day of the tour, please consider your community by informing our guide and by not attending.

When attending our tours, your CBN guide will provide hand sanitizer and will ensure social distancing measures are being followed.
