Wild Fermented Food Evening

Fermented foods are becoming very popular as the health benefits of these ancient recipies are realised. Come and learn how to make some lovely vegetable ferments (sauerkraut, kimchee etc) as well as home made fruit sodas.
In this workshop you will learn the history of fermented foods as well as how to make two types of sauerkraut, a carrot femerment and a fruit soda.
