Weaving is a timeless, relaxing and creatively functional craft. It's so joyful and satisfying to make something with your own hands!

In this workshop, you'll create a Wild Random Weave Basket using a contemporary style - incorporating traditional weaving techniques with freeform methods and lots of play. Sunshine Coast-based weavers, Wild Baskets, will lead the way!

You'll use eco-friendly materials. Wild Baskets source and prepare much-hated invasive weeds to create their much-loved artistic baskets. How awesome is that!

Wild Random Weave Basketry is suitable for beginners or intermediate weavers. It allows you to create, design and have loads of fun sharing and watching unique works of art evolve.

All materials supplied.
