Renowned designer Ken Cato AO to deliver lecture for promising design students

“Why Design Matters"

What role design plays in our lives, why it is important to business and society and why designers will be important in the future.

Ken Cato is an internationally renowned designer and author behind many of Australia's most recognisable logos, brands and trademarks including Common­wealth Bank, Channel 7, Arnott's and Coles supermarkets. His creativity has earned him international and Australian design awards, and his work is represented in museums and galleries throughout the World.

Ken was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to the graphic design profession as a practitioner, and through education and development roles both nationally and internationally.
