🎙Who are the speakers?

Lisa Stark

Lisa’s career in marketing has spanned over 20 years and has involved working with B2B and B2C leaders on major marketing, online and transformation initiatives as well as leading large businesses. Lisa has a broad depth of experience across all marketing channels having worked in print and technology organisations most of her career.

Lisa has been responsible for leading a Salesforce Marketing Cloud partner start-up agency to top global ranking, the launch and establishment of the Eric Insurance brand, and the Next Address strategy. Lisa is currently a member of the AMI State Committee in Victoria.

Lisa D’Amico

Lisa is a career global marketing leader who has worked on leading Australian and Global brands for over 20 years. She has spent her career observing and influencing consumer behaviour moving between the advertising worlds of Young & Rubicam, Wunderman & DDB, leading marketing thinking across retail, consumer goods and services, automotive, telecommunications, Government, financial services and utilities.

Lisa traversed to ‘the other side’ working in Asia Pacific scaling the Transitions Optical brand and later joining LVMH owned Cloudy Bay (NZ) where she worked closely with the founding winemaker of Cloudy Bay to scale and shift the winery to become a global world class brand and New Zealand destination. Recently she led global marketing for Aesop, working with the founder, CEO and executive team to scale the business from 90 to over 240 stores. She introduced and infused new thinking in customer experience, brand, data and omni channel into Aesop.

Lisa currently consults to business and creative senior leaders who are in scale or in need of rejuvenation. She has a deep passion to find ways to inject the latest thinking, humanity, relationships and collective energy to help organisations achieve competitive differentiation and sustainable growth.

Mark Cameron

Mark has been in the digital strategy and transformation space since the late '90s and has worked with companies such as SAP North America, GSK, Australia Post and Telstra. He is currently the CEO of W3.Digital, a consultancy that specialises in enabling and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Mark has worked on a vast array of digital and customer-focused projects including major political elections, global brand strategy, innovation strategy, transformation initiatives, and digital product development.
