Come and join the fun in this hands-on 3hr cooking Wholefood Plant-Based Cooking Workshop.

You will learn about the many benefits of incorporating & Seeds, Nuts, Pulses & loads of Vegetables into your daily meal planning, how to prepare pulses so that you get the maximum amount of protein from them and also how by eating a Plant-Based diet can help to reduce inflammation in your body. Kye will also explain how to have a balanced plant-based diet ensuring you are getting enough protein, healthy fats & plenty of fibre as well as what to use instead of eggs.

In this workshop you will be making Felafels, Middle Eastern Bean & Tomatoes Hot Pot, Grain-free Tabouli, Carrot & Sprout Salad & Dairy Free Cheese Sauce served with Rice. You will also be able to brush up on your knife skills, meet new friends, receive these delicious recipes, ask questions, and eat your culinary delights.
