Event description

Description

White Tara practice can increase one’s lifespan, overcome life-threatening obstacles, and promotes peace, prosperity and health. White Tara practice can also be done on behalf of someone who is ill. By relying on White Tara and reciting her mantra, one can avoid future sickness and obstacles to a long and healthy life and achieve a profound state of inner wellbeing in order to be of help to ourselves and others.

White Tara is one of the 21 aspects of Tara, White Tara represents the embodiment of enlightened perfection of wisdom and the true nature of mind.

The Empowerment or initiation is a formal process of granting permission to practice White Tara meditation practice. One can attend this empowerment simply to receive the healing blessing, or after the empowerment, one may also choose to start a regular White Tara meditation practice.
