Whisky Uncovered is excited to announce a new series of events that will lift the concept of seasonality to a new level. Every 3 months, we'll be partnering with talented and innovative chefs from across Sydney to bring you a spectacular whisky and food degustation with delicious, seasonal dishes, expertly matched to sublime, artisanal whiskies and other spirits. We call it Whisky Uncovered's "Seasons".

INVERNO - 29 July

Inverno (meaning Winter in Italian) - usually the scourge of those craving warmth everywhere, as the cold, windy weather sets in. But not anymore! Partnering with Paolo Balloni, co-owner of Italian smokehouse Grolla and acclaimed chef and co-owner Lek Pirinya, host Matt and the Whisky Uncovered team will take guests on an convivial yet intimate culinary journey, authentic to and respectful of Paolo's north-west Italian heritage.

We have put together a spectacular 5-course menu of rich, decadent Italian flavours to stave off the cold, expertly-paired with equally impressive, comforting drams and presented with Chef Lek's signature flair. As always, there will be a few surprises in store for guests.
