Whisky Uncovered is excited to announce a new series of events that will lift the concept of seasonality to a new level. Every 3 months, we'll be partnering with talented and innovative chefs from across Sydney to bring you a spectacular whisky and food degustation with delicious, seasonal dishes, expertly matched to sublime, artisanal whiskies and other spirits. We call it Whisky Uncovered's "Seasons".

Our first session on July 29 sold out in record time so let's do it all again in August.

Inverno (meaning Winter in Italian) - usually the scourge of those craving warmth everywhere, as the cold, windy weather sets in. But not anymore! Partnering with Paolo Balloni, co-owner of Italian smokehouse Grolla and acclaimed chef and co-owner Lek Pirinya, host Matt and the Whisky Uncovered team will take guests on a convivial yet intimate culinary journey, authentic to and respectful of Paolo's north-west Italian heritage.

We have put together a spectacular 5-course menu of rich, decadent Italian flavours to stave off the cold, expertly-paired with equally impressive, comforting drams and presented with Chef Lek's signature flair. As always, there will be a few surprises in store for guests.
