About this event
This workshop is delivered by Enterprise Plus (SRBEC is undertaking a rebranding to Enterprise Plus).
The pandemic has massively accelerated the growth of ecommerce in Australia, and many businesses (new and established, small and large) are reviewing their business model to take advantage of changing consumer behaviour.
In this webinar, we explore the increasing range of e commerce options available for small businesses - from developing their own full ecommerce site to setting up a standalone shop on somewhere such as ETSY, utilising a large third-party sales platform such as Amazon or eBay, through to taking advantage of specialist service portals such as Fiver or Air Tasker.
This webinar aims to take the guesswork out of the myriad of options available in today’s digital world. It is chock full of practical advice and tips with up-to-date information on the increasing range of options now available and will help you decide which is the right pathway for you.
Plus, there is an opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with two specialist advisors to have your own questions answered.
Learning objectives:
• Gain knowledge and understanding on some of the most popular eCommerce options for small businesses
• Understand what you need to plan for to ensure an efficiently run eCommerce site before you take the plunge
• Start your research journey on the right foot, having a basic but good knowledge on where you need to start
Learning outcomes:
• Awareness of the most popular platforms and a good idea on their suitability to incorporate into your business model
• Know what to plan for and the resulting impacts for you personally before you make your final decision
• Confidence you can now move forward on your ecommerce plans for your business
