About this event

We are pleased to invite you to a Webinar - 'What is your Water - An introduction to Unconscious Bias" - on Wednesday 21st July 2021. Join this session, presented by Bron Williams to learn about unconscious bias.

A fish is the last one to see the water.” It can be difficult to see, be aware of something when you are immersed in it.

As Grace Tame has eloquently advocated this year “Conversation leads to education. Education properly informs to create change and reform”. At WGHA we invite everyone, all genders, to attend this introduction to Unconscious Bias to increase the education and conversations within the industry.

Raising awareness around bias leads to a greater capacity for broader thinking around gender diversity and difference which enables leaders to make better informed decisions. Join this session presented by Bron Williams for a discovery journey on unconscious bias.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This webinar is designed for everyone, all genders and at all levels within an organisation. We encourage a 40:40:20 gender balance at our webinars.

• Date: Wednesday 21st July 2021
