The early years are some of the most exciting times of a teacher’s career but they are also some of the most challenging. Think of this workshop as everything you wish somebody would tell you at that start of your career – including practical advice on lesson planning, classroom practice, behaviour management, organisational skills, relationship-building and personal wellbeing.

This session is tailored for teachers in the first or early years of teaching, as well as pre-service teachers. Having attained full teacher registration last year, presenter MJ Ellis brings 18 months of teaching experience as well as nearly 20 years of experience in business and project management.
