Event description

Description

How do you motivate your key executives and employees? What are the implications of getting your Employee Share Scheme wrong? Tax liability? When is it is due? How many shares should you offer? When do they vest or is an option you are offering? Find out the answers to these questions and more this evening.

This is a short workshop session where you will investigate what the Employee Share Schemee looks like and learn about the pros and cons of different decisions. We will talk about from the Entrepreneur’s point of view – not that of the investor (they want everything, right?) Bring a pen, paper and calculator – you will be doing some of the maths yourself!
