Speakers

Natalie Collard, Executive Director, Policy and Government, Roads Australia

Natalie is a highly-regarded executive who has worked across the energy, agriculture, telecommunications, defence and foreign affairs sectors. She is a former CEO of Australian Dairy Farmers Ltd. Other career highlights include leading Telstra’s Corporate Affairs for Victoria and Tasmania.

Marion Terrill, Transport & Cities Program Director, Grattan Institute

Marion is a leading policy analyst with experience that ranges from authoring parts of the 2010 Henry Tax Review to leading the design and development of the MyGov account. She joined the Grattan Institute in April 2015 to establish the Transport Program, and has published on investment in transport infrastructure, cost overruns, value capture, congestion and discount rates.

Matthew Swindells, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Coles

With over 14 years’ experience in the retail industry, Matt has an extensive knowledge of the sector. Matt was appointed to run Coles’ supply chain in July 2017 and is responsible for building the most efficient supply chain to deliver first-class products to customers. Matt’s accountabilities encompass the end-to-end management of sourcing, procurement and logistics to transport products to stores.
